Reservation in indian rails?

Question

I have booked railway ticket 4 HYDabad to New delhi thru AP xpress on 3rd july.waiting list is 177 in sleeper class?will i get confirmed seat? And how many days taken to get there in new delhi from hyderabad.

Bleak chances of getting confirmed seat. All details are already printed on the reservation ticket which you are having. Even though here are the details

Train no. 2723 - A P EXP will leave Hyderabad on 3-7-08 at 06:25 AM & reach New Delhi on 4-7-08 at 09:00 AM.

you have not specified which class.  if you have booked in 2nd class you may get RAC atleast.  however if booked in 2nd AC or 3rd AC chances are less.  (RAC-you get to sit)

the journey time is aprox 24 hrs and you can also fly if possible the journey will be around 2 hrs.  

Alternatively try for trains passing through hyderabad or secunderabad.  you may get tickets.  try in www.irctc.co.in  for details
