Reset psp because not working?

Question

my brothers got a psp and its got sticky keys, was just wondering how you can solve this or how you can resest the psp ?

i don't know how to help with the sticky keys.but to reset it do this

1)take out the battery and just put it back in and turn it on

2)hold the power switch up all the way until it turns off.then turn it on
