Residents in San Jose ? ?

I'm planning to visit there pretty soon, and I was wondering if wearing low shearing boots were going to be possible. What is the temperature over there like, anyways?

San Jose has the best weather during the summer time. Its nice and warm during the day. jeans and a nice T make the day ok at night its a bit chilly. chilly enough to snuggle with someone but not get naughty. the idea apparel for summer is light clothes and at night a light sweater. hope this helps... Right now it's 85 degrees and expected to be the same for the next couple weeks.  I love my Uggs, but it's way too hot to wear them now.  I'd leave the boots at home....unless you plan on visiting during winter.

You should be good with almost anything you want to wear.

Although I'd choose sandles over shearing boots for comfort.

Lows in the 60's Highs in the 80's.

Weather in San Jose gets about 60 degrees to 80 degrees. You can wear them, but it's not necessary.

the weather is crazy here so bring shorts, your boots, pants, sweater and what ever you want its not windy like san francisco, but one day might be hot and the other cold and raining, check the weather on yahoo, on the week you are coming

Any time of year but summer you could do it, but it stays in the 80s pretty much constantly until about October.  However, it usually cools off to the 60s at night, so even if it was too warm to wear woolen boots during the day, they'd probably be comfortable at night, especially if you were outside.
