Resolution on Samsung L830.

Question

I have a new L830 and like it. But I use it in my work and need to be able to lower the resolution to less than 1M in order to make electronic transmissions along with reports. I can't see how to lower the resolution so the photos aren't so large. Camera doesn't have an "internet setting". I need to lower image size to say - 640. Any ideas?
