Restore codes to nintendo ds

Question

We accidentally deleted the default code list while ACTION REPLAY DS was in the machine. WE have supporting disc which we believes would work but the nintendo ds, when connected to our computer, leads windows to display a window saying the driver can't be found. Do we have to visit a website to get the driver? If so, which website please.
