want 2 supply fabrics like dress material,sarees in any variety like cotton, synthetic, in hypermarket,megastores

I don't know your infrastructure, resources and investment capacity. Like the kind of stores you mentioned, they are interested in quite cheap in prices, but presentable material on credit as well. Stock lots at times do good for them. And centralized procurement but outlet delivery to their respective stores are their preferences. Interestingly, at times I have seen suppliers offering better prices to such stores than the manufacturers themselves, of the same products.

Sometimes, these stores may offer you space in the premises for fabric section to be manned and operate by yourself but with or without centralized billing.

You can contact their respective main purchase offices and offer them to supply. It will take some time to start business as the existing suppliers/manufacturers would give tough competition. If you could win over, you will get orders.
