Reviews of Univeristy of Phoenix?

I wanted to know has anyone ever attended the Univeristy of Pheonix. If so, do you feel you received a quality education? Was it online or on campus?

I did not attend the University of Pheonix but I have heard that is does provide a solid education. The main difference with an  online university vs a traditional one is the way you interact with students as well as the level of discipline required. You get out what you put into it.

For example, my wife has been to 3 different traditional universities, all well known, but when we moved to our current location she had to drive over an hour per day so she chose to finish her degree through the Liberty University online program. We are both very impressed with the program and she says it is the hardest she has been in because it takes a lot of work to make up for the interaction you miss in the classroom of a traditional university.

I have also heard that you will have a much harder time with an online school if you are just out of high school vs having worked for awhile or been to a different university first.

I attended University of Phoenix. I did all but one course at a campus. The last one was done online since I was the only student taking it at the time. I feel that I recieved a quality education. The instructors that I had were all very knowledgable in their subject areas. Any other questions feel free to email me.
