Rhapsody... a couple simple questions?

Question

I want to be able to get any songs I want. I don't want to use limewire or do anything that might get me in trouble. For rhapsody... do you pay the 12-15 dollars a month and are able to download as many songs as you want on your mp3 player? I don't know how that works. If I pay the 12-15 do I have to pay the additional 99 cents for each song I want? Is it just better to buy the songs from walmart.com from 89 cents each instead of paying the 12-15 and additional 99 cents on rhapsody? Do you know of any other place that I can download a bunch of songs for cheap or free and legally? Thanks a bunch.
