RhoGam side effects?

Question

I am getting my RhoGam shot next week, and was just wondering if anyone had any side effects. I am just curious. I know my doctor will tell me about them, but just wondering if anyone did have any. Thank you!

i never had any side effects with either one of my pregnancies when getting the shots. Other than mild headaches but one would find it difficult to tell if that was a side effect of the shot or just a symptom of being preggo. I wouldn't worry too much

I got it at 28 weeks and had no side effects at all... I mean, it did hurt a little and my butt cheek hurted for a couple hours but nothing other than that..

I had it a couple of weeks ago, and had no side effect at all.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and I have them both times. There are no side effects for the baby. The only side effect I think I had was my hip hurting. My hip hurt before the shot but I think it made it worse. I really don't know if that's why I hurt more or not but I feel like it is.

This is my second pregnancy, and I had no side effects with either one, other than a sore tush with the first one (bad nurse). I had to have two shots with my son, he was RH+. If either of my girls are RH+ I will have to have a shot after their birth as well. It's perfectly safe, just annoying they have to stick it in the rear quarters. I don't know if it was because I had already had RhoGam before, or if it was just because of it being a different hospital, but I had to have blood test with this pregnancy to see if the RhoGam would work, with my son they just said you need RhoGam and told me to bend over when I was 28 weeks pregnant.
