Richmond [tigers] beating hawthorn! wow??????

they have made a huge turn around from last year, your thoughts?

I tipped Hawthorn to win.

I also tipped Port Power & the West Coast Eagles.

I did OK with the others though. I thought the Crows, Cats, Roos, Lions & St Kilda would have no problems.

I think my boys are playing some good footy and showing good signs of impovment.

I reckon Richmond need to keep Wallace and let him follow up on the plans he has put into place, which we have only begun to see the fruits of this season.

Wallace has turned over allmost all the players who were there 5 years ago, ( cant remember but think its something like high 20s or low 30's out of the 42) and built a good young, promising side.

Give them more time and experience, and someone GOOD ( ie Wallace himself ) at the helm, and this side not only can but WILL improve and make finals.

If not 09 then 2010 and 2011-

hopefully before Gold coast get up and running and stuff everything up ( but thats another story hey)

It was always on the cards, they went close the last time they played them, no nathan brown or nathan foley either, very well played today.

being the 3rd youngest side in the league, we have to be happy with their performance, the pressure was fantastic.

I don't know if we will make the finals(probably not) we have freo at the g next week and Melbourne at the same venue for the last game so we will finish the year well and get some confidence for next year, finals or not.but i am very proud of the way the have improved this year.

the coach kept saying "DISSAPOINTING" in everyother word that came out of his mouth in the interview after the game, hated to see the meeting with the players after the game. Probably called them a bag of *#E*#(@(!(#$*@(!(##$*$&*$&$&#*@!(!(#*$*$... and then said have a nice day

It's a good improvement for a young side, I thought their pressure was great! They will do well next year, I think they may make the eight in '09.

im a richmond fan , but unfortualey richmond are teasers, they have been for the lest 15 years, hopefully sheeds comes back and coaches us to a premiship.  a huge turnaround? you could say yes, but id rather finish last and get draft pick than finish 9th .
