Ricoh 1232c Error SC571

Question

I did get to clean the fusing unit and the overflow sensor, but the error SC571 is still coming back. Can some one tell me how to reset the unit
I read in a other web page "Reset the SC (set SP5-810 to 1) then turn the main switch off then on again"
I don't know what's that mean can you explain that to me how to do it.
