Risport Boots! HHHEEELLLPPP!?

Okay, Im thinking of getting these Risport boots of ebay UK, they are a size 260. I asked for the measurements and the woman said 11inches on the outside. My boots I currently have are the same size on the outside, and my feet are usually a size 8 or 9. So how come these are so big when the sizing is for a size 51/2 to 61/2?

  1. Okay, I had Risport skates. And I did some research on sizing and what nought.

260 is in mondopoint, which is a type of sizing system. Basically it means it's 260 milimetres, which translates to 26 cm. This is equivalent to approx 10.23 inches on the outside! Thus, it will be best if your feet measures about ten inches when you are STANDing.

Also, I believe that the sizing system is confusing you. You may be referring to the US size system while the seller refers to the UK size system. A size 1 for UK is about size 3 US? I'm not very sure.

The best way is to measure your feet. Skates fit snugly, and are usually of a different size from your running and dress shoes [sandals/slippers]. I wear size 5 Klingbeils Skates, and size 5 slippers, size 6 running shoes. For Risports, I should be wearing size 235. Stick with the sizing that Risport gives. No confusion when you translate that to a different size system.

    Good luck!
