Robinson Cano and Manny Ramirez

Question

Anybody see Robinson Cano play the last two games. During both games he has been dogging it like Manny Ramirez did. And todays game verse the angels he made no attempt to dive for the groundball that ended up being the winning hit.

I think he should be suspended for playing like that. Anybody else agree?

You can't be suspended for not diving to catch a ball. Robinson is getting old and so sometimes when a players dives they get injured but it isn't likely.

I am a big Yankee fan, and don't get me wrong, I love Robinson Cano, but I must say, he is sort of stooping down to many's level with plays like those. They should either suspend him for a game or two, or fine him. Joe Girrardi needs to at least confront him on the situation.

I agree he should have dove and made a harder attempt at the ball, but a suspension is harsh.  Besides, the Yankees need his bat if they are going to pull out of this slump and start stringing together some wins.

Yea he's getting lazy out there. If he continues to not run out ground balls its up to Girardi to bench him. Even the pros need wake up calls sometimes.
