Roller brush on x5 chipping apart

Question

First came the burning smell then a chunky grinding noise and finally little black pieces. I spend more time cleaning out this vax than using it.Hair around roller brush starts burning and the top of the canister gets matted with fine particles. Maybe this unit is too good at sucking.
