Is there an over-the-counter medication I can take so I can ride the coasters at Disney with my daughters?

If you are worried about motion sickness, try Bonine.

It is available over the counter. I am a coaster enthusiast, and will often take one before a full day of riding, just as insurance. I first tried using it on offshore fishing trips, and it actually worked better than a prescription remedy I tried.

I notice no drowsiness or side effects from it. YMMV, of course...

well you could try medication that helps with motion sickness. that might help. i tried it before and it helped alot for me,
