Romanian Media?

Question

What is the best way to get affordable movies or documentaries made in Romania and in Romanian?

I'm from Romania but need to keep up with the language or I'll forget it. Also I miss it and would like to see more stuff made there or about there, but I'm not sure where to start. Is there any type of service where you can rent movies through the mail that are kind of like Netflix or Blockbuster Online? I don't want to buy them I just want to see them and return them (or at least I don't want to buy them until I see them and know whether or not I want to own that movie). I'm also interested in any types of documentaries, be it social, political, etc.

I'm going to be living in Nebraska so that is where I would be accessing the media available from.

yes we people in nebraska have internet and mail and video stores.

we don't live in the stone age we're just in the middle of b.f.e.

if you moving to lincoln or omaha it well be easier to find stuff that you need (big eastern euorpean poulation).  outside of that most of the small cities have blockbusters or other types of stores.  most towns have at least 1 mom & pop video store.
