  1. What does the "!!" mean after Romania? To show what a daredevil you are? It depends, do you live there? If not don't study medicine overthere. If you want to practise outside R., you will need to follow additional courses in the country where you will want to work as a doctor. Therefore, it is better to study medicine in that country right from scratch.
