Room in london?

Does anybody have experience with niceroom.co.uk ? the offers seem to good to be true, but I am getting a bit suspitious reading all the terms and conditions. Its like I never get to meet anybody, and there is only a virtual landlord. And what about flatland.co.uk ? Are they trustworthy?

I found easyroommate to be very good when looking for acommodation.  There is a very good house in Hounslow with a room available as I just recently left it due to unforseen circumstances.

With house hunting, it comes down to luck.  Hopefully you find some place that's not too expensive but also in a reasonable condition too.
