Roti help? much helpful!!?

I am making Roti and am wondering can you use white flour? I don't got whole wheat so can I use white? and would it taste just as good?

you mean white flour means Maida? you can make roti but it will be like rubber when you are trying to roll.but you can just try to make dough in small quantity  otherwise you will have to throw all the dough you made from white flour.

roti is prepared using wheat flour.add one cup of  wheat flour to one half a cup of water , one teaspoon of oil. set aside for 10 minutes

web_worl... had properly said that if you are using white flour that is maida then surely you will not be able to eat those roti as they become like a rubber. Use only whole wheat flour to make good rotis.
