  1. Of course it does not work. There is absolutely no way to beat roulette mathematically. No betting technique can overcome the huge house edge at the roulette table. Any nobody, no matter what they say, can reliably predict the next number, color, or section of the wheel that will come up.

Whenever you see a system like this, ask yourself one question:

Why would he be selling it if it works so well? Even at nearly $500, if he could really beat the wheel that's no more than an hour's worth of play (unless he's the worst money manager in the world). What kind of an idiot would sell the secrets to his livelihood for an amount of money he makes in an hour?

  2. you can beat roulette if you bet the 50/50 like black or red, high or low, odd or even.  All you do is keep doubling your bet,  . First $5, if you lose bet $10, then $25, $50 and so on until you win.  You always come out ahead.

  3. Can it work, in theory it can... but in practice it's near impossible. Trying to figure out the computer's random number generator (rng) isn't exactly a new trick. It's even been publicized on the Vegas Cheaters Beware specials you see on the travel channel that a former Nevada Gaming Control agent was able to figure out part of a keno machines rng and his friends profited off of it. So it has been done.

The problem with it is that after Mr. Harris was caught, game manufacturers started changing how their rng's worked. Machines now have multiple rng chips. One chip's sole purpose is to decide what other chip will produce the random number used in that particular program step. This means that any person who wants to predict what number comes out will have to know the algorithms to each individual chip and how to apply them correctly. This is made even harder since most rng algorithms start off with a number that is determined by choosing a decimal from the exact time you start the game.
