What do you mean with the term "royal blood"? If your classmate is telling the truth, then she has royal ancestry. "Royal blood" is not a clear term.

Your classmate would actually be royal herself though if she held a title as entitled by *certain* descendants of a Spanish queen or king. If she has the title of Infanta with the style of Royal Highness, then she would be a Spanish royal. If not, then she isn't. Most Infantas of Spain are daughters or granddaughters of a king or queen of Spain *or* are close relations who have been granted the title.

Every girls dream is to be a Princess, don't mess with it! I believe she is considered removed, though of Royalty, her rank of inheritance is forfeit. Line to the Throne is inherited from the male side of the crown in Spanish rule. Therefore she may be suitable to remarry into royal lineage and re-establish her title. Thus she is considered to be related by blood to royalty.
