Royal mail to u.s?

got some mail comming royal mail with a trackin number.trackin number still doesnt show up but its only been a cpl of days.is there anyway to track its progress in customs.like when it arrived and to tell how long its been there and when its moving?

You probably can't track it in customs but there should be a way to track it. You should call your postal office and tell them your situation. They probably run into your situation all the time and most likely have a protocol for it.
