Rubber bands?

do i need to wear rubber bands when im not talk like im watching a movie do i need to wear them

Yes the only way to get the braces off quicker is to wear them as much as possible except when you're eating. Then you can take them off. You'll be glad you chose to wear them all the time in the long run!

yep. it doesn't matter if your talking or not. some people just wear them at night! hope i helped!

I would suggest wearing them as much as you can. It really just depends on what your orthodontist told you to do or not to do. The more you wear them I think the quicker the treatment will be over and you won't have to worry about them anymore.
