What is the name of the tune the french play on the trombone during the game? I've searched high and low for an answer.

Its from a famous paso doble but nobody seems to know its name. The words of this paso-doble beginning are: "Toca, toca la guitarra, Manuel"

Ouch, that hurt. I don't know, but you can ask the guy on you tube. He's playing it, he should know it. Just tell him for me not to do it again.
