hello, im wondering if theres any advice anyone could give me. im 14 and am 6ft 2. i weigh 11st 9 and am of decent build. i used to weigh a lot more (13st 10) and then could smash through players. now my pace has improved but my power has faltered. should i try to put on more weight?i play lock for the year above in my club and my school.
