Rules of moving out?

I am thinking about moving to the philipinies and stay there for the rest of my life and my ask is there some rules or can I just move in and stay there

You can move to another country by investing a significant amount of money meaning you will earn x amount of money in interest from a month or by applying for residency through retirement.

Make sure you understand the rules of immigration before moving and talk to others through forums etc who have done the same.

It is also worth while when you move to inform your home country of this move so they mark you as non resident for tax purposes.
