Rulings on fiend comedian?

Question

If I was to use it,

1.Am I able to chose the specific cards of my deck to my graveyard if I choose wrong? 2. If I choose wrong, and I have less cards in my deck then my opponents graveyard, do I lose the duel or do all my cards go to the grave and I lose when I cant DRAW any more cards?

I ask these because on the rule list on the offical website, there are no updates on the card and no card ruleings.

1. you don't get to choose. you send the top cards on your deck to the graveyard

2. if you have too less cards to send to the graveyard, what you have will still be sent to the graveyard but you won't lose right away. when it's your turn and you are unable to draw a card, then you lose

For starters, don't EVER trust a yugioh ruling.

1. No, you must send cards from your deck, starting from the top card going down.

2. No, all remaining cards in your deck are send to the graveyard and during your next turn you lose because you are unable to draw.

1. No. You count from the top to the bottom and discard those to the graveyard.

2. You cannot play Fiend Comedian if you have less cards in your deck than your opponent's graveyard.
