Run distance?

Every single day I come home from school I run 2 miles, and in the weekends i run 2 miles right when i wake up. I've been doing this for a minimum 1.5 months , i'm pretty sure more.

But anyways every since the beginning i have made 2 miles my minimum , I'm keeping it there because I dont want to be a marathon runner or anything , just to be in shape. So I run 2 miles. My problem is that I don't understand, I still get really tired for example today I seriously almost fainted running my usual 2 miles.

What I run every single day sometimes with no problem!

what can this be?

  1. It has to do with sleep or other activites you do during the day. also your body gets worn down when you run everyday, so you have to give it a break...rest one day or run extremely easy.

    and move up to 3 miles a day

It sounds like a blood sugar issue.  Go to the doctor just to clear yourself of any major problems (these will linger in your head).  Then make sure you are getting enough quality nutrition.  Eliminate most stimulants (caffeine, energy drinks) and get enough sleep.  Also give your body enough time to recover.  Sometimes not running for a day makes you faster the next (funny huh?).  Make sure you enjoy your runs and don't get burnt out.  Good luck!
