i recently got new running shoes (saucony progrid omni 7 moderate) from a running store (they suggested those shoes after watching me run/walk) and they feel pretty good except that they're a bit tight. I got them the same size as my other shoes, and i just didn't know if the tightness is normal for running shoes. there's a little bit of space between my big toe and the very tip of the shoe, but the tightness i feel is like on the sides, and i had to loosen up the strings a bit to make them more comfortable. would it be a good idea to exchange em for same shoe but half a side bigger?

this site: http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/40725863/c/...

says that "71% of Fit Survey respondents said this shoe "Felt a half size smaller than marked"

86% of Fit Survey respondents said this shoe "Felt true to width" (**That site though shows the WOMENS version, and i have the male version**)

i really need to know right away if i should exchange these or if the tightness is normal. thanks!!

  1. change them.Buy it a size or two bigger.

  2. Exchange them. If you don't feel comfortable running in them, then there is no point in having them.
