Question:

Running Foot Pain!!?

I'm a high school distance runner, and it seems that I have terrible luck finding good running shoes. I recently got some Asics and Mizunos but I hate them, I get this pain on the outside of the bottom of my foot when I run. And this pain is like death, and it's only on my left foot. I noticed that when I walk, I walk like on the outside of my foot [along the side]. And when I run, I'm told that my feet [especially my left foot] rolls inward. What should I do to get rid of this pain for good?! Any shoe recommendations?

  1. Buy wider shoes, any brand is fine, also try not wearing flip flops or any other shoes without arch support! Hope this helps!
