  1. If this is the way you want to tackle your running then what ever works to keep ya going......  I wouldn't do this b/c I'd rather go to bed 10 pm then wake up at 6 or 7 am, then get it in then.  Your interrupting your sleep, therefore you have to get 2) five hr. shifts instead of one.  Good Luck

  2. if ur use to it then yes.

  3. I do not see any problems with this time, in fact it is probably better for you. I remember hearing once that it is better to run first thing in the morning if you want to lose weight and get in shape because there is no energy in your body (ie. food) so your body takes it from your fat reserves. Personally 2 am is way to early for me but as long as you are getting a full night's sleep and you're not experiencing any problems on the run (muscle pains etc...) then whatever works for you is alright.

  4. What is best for you is what works best. If you don't have a problem with the times then why worry. As long as you are doing your training it is the same. You might want to get  your schedule on boot camp time so you will not have an adjustment when you go in. I would try to go to sleep and wake up on boot camp time starting about 2 or 3 weeks before induction.

  5. to fit runs into my schedule i go at 3:30am.  after work is filled with kids, cycling and other stuff.  i always say if you want something you have to sacrifice and do whatever it takes.  if this works for you, go for it.
