  1. first it depends on how big your block is. plus your just getting started, keep at it and soon it will take you 20 time around your block to make your start to sweat. like me ^_^

  2. when your a beginner run like a mile or something and everyday run more and youll improve

  3. do a jog/walk program.

this is a great beginners prog.

  4. Hello,

The best advice I could give would be to take gradual steps.  Keep up your routine and gradually add distance until you can run for 20 minutes or more.  Try taking walk breaks.  Don't push yourself to exhaustion.  Check out the beginner running tips below.  Best of luck!!  Running is a great life habit and it's worth the patience.

  5. try to run a mile for two weeks, when you get it, move up 1/4 of a mile and start of like that, don't run too fast, just a nice slow jog, when you reach doing 2 miles start doing push ups and situps after running, that will build you up

    hope this helps
