Running help fast1!!!!!!!!!?

i need suggestions choosing shoes, i am going to do trail running, running on the road, and racing what kind of shoes should i use?

i go to this store called "run on!" you may not have it where you live but its really good because they make you try on shoes and they see which ones are good for you.

I know about "run on" also.  There is another store called "second sole" that is also very good.  It sounds like you are going to be doing cross country type running, so i would recommend either Asics or Mizuno as your brand.  For races that you really want to perform in, go with distance spikes.  They will give you better traction for those tough terrain areas.  Just grab a pair of trainer flats for regular running.  A lot of running stores have deal were you can grab a pair of Asics trainers and a pair of spikes for about 100 dollars.  Individually, mid range spikes and trainers cost 50-100 bucks.  Even ***** Sporting Goods could hook you up tho.  Good luck.
