Running help! times for a freshman???

Ok so i am going to 9th grade and i am doing cross country and i really have 2 questions is around13:45 for 2 miles bad (I'm a girl) and if i haven't really worked out in about 2 months how bad of shape will i be in?

  1. It's really not that bad of a time, don't worry about it.  You should run 4 or 5 times a week and vary your distances and your speed.  You should impose different stresses on your body.


  2. If your a natural runner you should get back in shape fairly easy, but if your not it can be a struggle

  3. its not impressive at all, but its not a bad time at all. Really, you should run at least 3 to 4 times a week.
