  1. ASICS, NIKE, OR PUMAS ARE GOOD


  2. Nike as they are a good brand reasonable price and very comfortable research by looking at some sports shops online JJB is the best one to look at  

  3. asics are by far my favorite training shoe. they are so comfortable! i tried  saucony, puma, nike and new balance but ascis are my favorite.

    my favorite racing flat would defiantly be saucony. their racing shoe is much different than their training shoes. very lightweight and comfortable.
