Runs great but does not purify

Question

We have a Breeze AT which runs great but produces no fresh air smell. We noticed the light inside does not glow on this unit. We have two units and one works fine and has a glowing light inside, but the other produces no fresh air and does not have the glowing light. Any help would be appreciated!
