  1. OбPA3цOBOMY (example) and "KOΛΛEKTИBY" (of the group).

As my Russian wife described, - it's a popular communist phrase regarding the performance of a division of a factory in regards to the other departments, and they are deemed the best example of hard work at the end of the year.

Of course you can transfer this concept to any other type of group or organization, recognizing some performers over others, through friendly competition.

  2. To give you a fast answer, even if never lived in russia, nor write proper russian, but still is my mother tongue, let the others be the judges:

"TO EXAMPLED" and "TO COLLECTIVE(noun)". These two words fit together so it would mean: "TO the/an EXAMPLED COLLECTIVE"

the first word comes from the word: example: OбPA3Eц

and the second one : collective: KOΛΛEKTИB
