Rust stain on skin! Help!?

I was in the pool yesterday and when I woke up this morning I had orange rust colored stains on my fingers! My mom has it too and she was in the pool too. I think it maye have come from the ladder. I have scrubbed and scrubbed my hands but it won't come off! What will remove it!?

Soak them in a little soapy warm water and bleach. Or clean the bathroom with cleanser and kill two birds with one stone. Anyway it will wear off in a day or two.
