Rx's & Medical support???Groups..?

I am starting a group for people who need to get support or give advice on medications and about chronic medical conditions only. How can I get the word out about my group or how will people find it? Will it show up on a google search too? Thank you! Group name: medications4aquailtyofLife

It takes time to build up a membership when first starting a Yahoo group. Here are some suggestions on how to get members.

-Ask all of your friends and family to join your group and ask them to tell others about it.

-Add a signature on your email - include the link to your group in the signature.

There are Yahoo groups that are set up specifically for group owners to promote their groups. You should join one or more of them to advertise your group.  You probably will get a lot of new members. Here are links to a few of them:

This is a fantastic idea!, Once you get this going it should show up in google when people type in specific words, it should come up with other sites as well that have info, also by mentioning it on here, you have already started to promote it.

That is really exciting.  I am already thinking of a good friend in Gainesville who might be very interested (and interesting!).  Keep me posted.
