SAT Subject tests.......

Should I take a couple of subjects to see in which areas I score the highest? Or should I just take two tests?

You can only take up to three tests on one test date. Take the ones that are required for the colleges. If the colleges don't require any specific ones, take the ones you think you will do well on. Don't just take a bunch of tests because that's a waste of money and all your scores get send to colleges (unless you are graduating 2010 or later). If your college wants 2 tests, it makes sense to take 3 since it's on one test date. Taking a couple to just try them isn't the best thing to do.  

Take some practice tests and see which ones you score higher on and take those tests.
