  1. 7.75  thats all Im sure about , sorry that I couldnt answer the others

  2. skatewarehouse.com has free shipping for orders over 75 I think.  You'd be best ordering a complete as it will be put together for you.  Or order the parts individually if you like putting things together yourself.  If you do order separate I would probably get them to put the griptape on the board for you since you're a first timer, unless you've seen it done before and feel comfortable.

The holes will already be drilled in the deck.

The size of the board depends both on what type of skating you're doing and what feels comfortable to you.  I have heard that wider boards are intended for skating vert, but there are very technical pros with wide boards so that's the comfort factor.  Alternatively, slimmer boards are intended for more technical skating.  Same with wheels as you will notice, vert skaters tend to favor larger diameters, with street skaters choosing smaller one.

My opinion = Ricta wheels, Venture trucks, Element deck and don't forget some expensive bearings!
