Ok so its summmer and its amazing. The main reason why I reallly like summer is because I get to sleeep as much as I want. Its great. But now my sleeping hours have turned upside down. I stay up to like 5 in the morning and don't wake up till 3:45. I hatee this because I don't like missing out on my day. And when I try to go to bed early I can't I just wake back up. I tried using an alarm clock but I end up being so tired in the morning that I just turn it off and go right back to sleep. Is there anyway that I can get back to my normal schedule which is in bed around 11pm and up by 11am?
