SLEEPING PROBLEM! I NEEED HELP!!!!!

Ok so its summmer and its amazing. The main reason why I reallly like summer is because I get to sleeep as much as I want. Its great. But now my sleeping hours have turned upside down. I stay up to like 5 in the morning and don't wake up till 3:45. I hatee this because I don't like missing out on my day. And when I try to go to bed early I can't I just wake back up. I tried using an alarm clock but I end up being so tired in the morning that I just turn it off and go right back to sleep. Is there anyway that I can get back to my normal schedule which is in bed around 11pm and up by 11am?

  1. Go to any Wal Mart, Dollar general, Wallgreens. Thell have a natural tablet in their "vitamin" isle. Its called Melatonin. I gaurentee it to work. Its naturally occuring in the body so theres no side effects.

      Also pick up some Valerian Root as well (capsules). That will help with strees and sleep issues.

  5. Take your dinner early, do NOT watch TVat all,and take a hot water bath before your dinner.Go to bed and take your daily newspaper to read and minimize the lights in your bedroom.


  6. yeah lower it hour by hour, for example sleep at 4 am then 3 am then 2 am then set ur alarm to an hour earlier. you should get used to this and eventually get custom to it

    I will say OK i will sleep by 12 or 2 yet its 5 or 6 am and Im still up and, ill sleep till 3 or 4 :\

    Well its too hot out and I love the night, but thats summer for you, making you lethargic.

    This is what I tried, one night I just didnt sleep, so the next eve at 10 i went to bed, and wokeup at 6 but still, last night I slept @ 2 and woke up at 315 and i felt FULLY rested like  i slept 8 hrs, i still wanted to sleep and couldnt so I been up since :|

    Try a drink of wine before bed, or sleeping with the tv on so you can doze of, also im sorry for suggesting something ilegal but Marijuana will put you to sleep like a baby waking up the next day FULLY rested and feeling good :)


  8. I usually do that kind of thing in the summer too. What I do I start to force yourself awake an hour earlier each day...ease into it. Like wake up at 2:45 for 3 days...then 1:45...ect. Eventually your body will adjust to going to bed earlier because you'll be tired. If you're too tired during the day, don't drink caffeine because this will only make you not want to go to bed at a reasonable time even more and if you do already drink caffeine-stop. It will be a slow sleepy process but it will work in the end.

  10. You could try staying up an entire day. Then you'll be so tired that you'll be able to fall asleep whenever you want.  

  11. its simple. you go back the way you came in. you got the habit because its summer now so get out of the habit by starting to sleep earlier and youll get use to it like how you got use to sleeping late. thats the best hting to do. other than that, you can excersixe during the day so you feel more tired at night, dont eat or drink alot before you sleep, and you can do things that relax you, watching a boring movie til you go to sleep, etc stuff like that.
