  1. I've had it with my 2nd pregnancy, to tell you the truth I couldn't find a way to make me comfortable. I couldn't sleep on my side because it was so painful, and everytime I get up from laying or sitting down too long, it is painful. Please let me know if you find a good answer because I'm pregnant with my 3rd and I know SPD will be worse for me.

  2. I had it very early on my pregnancy at about 16 weeks and till now. The doc prescribed Magnisum supplement which help slightly. But rest when you can and put pillows right under your hips... Good luck, I know it is painful. I am 35 weeks and it is hard to sleep and walk! good luck

  3. I do and have since about 24 weeks (33 now).  I'm sorry if you do.  It's agony.  I have a brace for my hips that helped for a while but it doesn't do anything anymore.  Honestly, heating pads, ice, icy-hot, rest when I can, and walks when the pain isn't too bad.  I can't wait to deliver and feel better.  My third and never had it before.  Good luck.
