SPRINGY SHOES???????????? :)?

does anyone know whether shoes with springs or jumping devices exist? and if so can they be bought in australia? Im kind of reffering to those in the closing ceremony of the beijing olympics, those guys who were jumping 3 feet off the ground and having fun! lol i really want to know, please help!! :):):) thankyou everyone 8-)
