Subway!!!!!!!!! First off, Quiznos sandwiches have a lot of sodium. Subway is healthier PLUS they give the choice of toasting your sandwich. I personally don't like toasted bread. At Quiznos they toast them no matter what. Subway has lots of healthy sides such as milk, yougurt, raisins and juice. My family owns a Subway and I love it!

Quiznos, I worked there for 9 months. I know they use quality ingredients and keep there product as fresh as can be.
