Would anyone have a sugar-free Elderberry Jelly recipe? I'm diabetic and cannot use the sugar in the recipes. I'm considering using Splenda, but I do not tolerate Splenda very well and do not want the after taste of some the other sweeteners. Would you have a suggestion as to what can be used without the after taste? I would appreciate any/all serious replies and not any of the sarcastic ones. I cannot help being diabetic!
