Safe energy pills???

Question

Are there any safe energy pills out there for a daily basis? Or anything natural? I just want to fight that fatigue:)

Yeah there are. I would recommend Nutrilite's Rhodiola 110 and also Siberian EnerG. Even and multivitamin like Double X would help as well. All of these are natural. Let me know if you would want some more info or a way to get them. Hope that helps.

I have Fibromyalgia so I've battled fatigue for years. After a couple years of taking medications I've switched to all "natural" herbs and supplements...

For energy I take mega doses of bee pollen. I take 5000 mg. daily but when you start out you want to start on a low dose or around 50 mg. to make sure you aren't one of the unlucky people that are allergic. Although I am allergic to pollen bee pollen doesn't effect me that way.

Bee pollen has one of the most comprehensive lists of vitamins, minerals, and amino's out there. And it's fat soluble so that it breaks down completely once in your stomach. Talk to a naturopath or someone that is knowledgeable about Pollens...

I've taken it for the last 6 years and with the help of it and some other supplements I take I have put my Fibromyalgia in remission.

Exercise would be the number one thing that could increase your daily energy safely. If that's not an option or something you don't have time for, there are several natural products that help with energy as well. The most popular energy boosters are B-12, Royal Jelly (and other bee-based products), L-Carnitine, Ribose, Ginseng, Guarana and Green Tea (both are natural sources of caffeine).

There's not really any completely safe energy pills to take everyday. But it can't be much different than drinking coffee.

I recommend "Jet-alert", it's very cheap and works the same as other stuff.

Just drink a cup of coffee, tea, or soda.  All energy pills are is a bunch of caffeine in a pill.
