Safe to sleep?

ok so im one of those people thats cautious about everything lol but anyway my dad painted my room today along with most of my upstairs and i can smell paint and i was wondering if its safe to sleep with the paint smell???

You should probably open the windows and doors and air out the room a little.  You might have a headache otherwise.

There are paints that have no odor that are just as bad as the ones that smell. It is best to ventilate for a long time, 2 - 3 times as long as a smelly paint smells, and at least a week for the odorless kind.

I would probably sleep in another room for a few days, at a friends or even on the sofa. For those days, air out the room as much as you can.  If you really want to be sure look on the paint tin and you will find the manufacturers phone number.  Give them a call with your concerns.  Also putting a fan in the room when you air it out will help the airing.  It is really neat that you are looking after your health.

It's alright to sleep there I guess cause thats what I did.

Vent the room because the smell can make you very light headed and nasusis Open a window or turn on a fan other than that ur good
