Salvia drug / growing?

Question

were can i buy Salvie plant

and if i grow Salvia can i smoke it after or do i have to make sure its all dry out and ...

and is it legal?

its legal in most places, Louisiana, Missouri, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Delaware, Maine, North Dakota, Illinois, Kansas, Virginia, and Florida are the only states in the USA that currently have state-wide laws prohibiting possession of Salvia divinorum.

dont know know how to grow it but its legality depends on your state check you local laws i know its illegal in delaware and a few other states. also the fda is considering making it illegal federally
