Samsung s1050 says file error

Question

everytime i take a shot with my camera and look at the pictures it says file error and the picture is fuzzy and like in different colours sometimes. ive tried reseting and formatting but it hasnt done anything, my camera is brand new bought like 3 weeks ago.
